Beginning on Tuesday, March 24th, we will not be able to allow in-person access to our lobby or agents without an appointment. If you need to make a phone appointment addressing any insurance need, please call us directly at 1-800-456-4456 to do so.
You are welcome to call our office between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to post a payment on your account over the phone. If you are only able to complete a cash payment, we can only accept that through the drop box system during normal business hours. We will not be administering change to reduce the amount of money handling on a daily basis. Check, Money Order, or Debit Transaction is preferred to expedite your payment to your Insurance Carrier.
During this unprecedented time of unknowns, we are striving for our clients to have as much access to their personal policies as possible. We know that schedules may be off right now at home, and limited ability to travel may eventually present itself to help flatten the curve. We have always been proud to partner with a multitude of carriers who offer phone or online servicing of your account & the option to pay a bill online if you need to. As always, do not hesitate to call your local agent as we are answering our phones and focusing on being present in our offices as much as we can-but please rest assured that you can manage your account on your timeline as well.
